Q: Are you open during COVID-19?
A: Yes, we are an essential business and are open our regular business hours. If you are elderly, high risk, or a working medical professional and would feel more comfortable shopping before we open, please come in between 10:00am and 11:00am, Tuesday through Saturday.
Q: What is your current protocol for shopping?
A: We are requiring all customers to wear a face mask or appropriate face covering when in the warehouse, no exceptions. The mask must cover your mouth and nose at all times. We also insist that while shopping you observe correct social distancing when near other customers and/or employees. Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes are available for use, and we are continuing our safe check-out protocol. Also, we are accepting credit card payments only (no cash), and if you bring in your own bags please make sure they are freshly washed! And for everyone's safety we clean and disinfect the warehouse in the morning, during the day, and after we close.
Q: Do you deliver or ship?
A: Sorry, we aren't set up for pre-order, shipping, deliveries, or curbside service, but there is ample space in the warehouse to maintain proper distancing and customers have been very polite and respectful.
Q: Are you open to the general public?
A: Yes, we are open to both our professional clients and the public during business hours.
Q: I have a food business. Can I open an account with you?
A: Yes. Please contact us with your name and business information and we will get back to you shortly regarding opening a wholesale account.

Q: Do I need to pre-order?
A: No, all of our in stock items are on display in the warehouse for purchase. We do have special order items like fresh truffles which you do need to order in advance.
Q: How do I know what is available to purchase?
A: Items available to purchase are listed on the "In Stock" page, and are emailed to subscribers on our mailing list. Or just come on in and browse, we have over 1150 items carefully selected from across the globe!
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase at the warehouse.
Q: Will be you offering more products in the future?
A: Yes! We add items weekly and will continue to expand our selection as we grow.
Q: How do I know the prices for your products?
A: All product prices are posted in our warehouse.
Q: Do I need to buy whole cases of product?
A: No, we break cases for both our wholesale clients and the general public.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Currently all credit cards, Apple and Android Pay too. No cash please.
Q: Do you sell those amazing baguettes we used get at Epicure?
A: Yes! They are from Boulart and are available in our freezer section. The baguettes are fully cooked - just keep them frozen and when ready to eat, heat them in your oven for 8 minutes and it's like having a warm baguette from Paris!
Q: Do you carry Fabrique Délices products?
A: Oui, but of course!
Q: Do you carry Bordier Butter?
A: We are currently sold out of Bordier butter as is shipped by air and there are not enough flights coming to the states from Paris. This affects not only butter, but soft cheeses from France, Italy, and other European countries. We do have other delicious butters in stock from Echire, Isigny, Sevre & Belle, Delitia, Coombe Castle, Delamere, and Vermont Creamery. Remember, life is too short for bad butter!
