Q: Are you open during COVID-19?
A: Yes, we are an essential business and are open our regular business hours. As well, our staff is fully vaccinated.
Q: What is your current protocol for shopping?
A: We are still requiring all customers to wear a proper face mask when in the warehouse, and the mask must cover your mouth and nose at all times. Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes are readily available for use, and we are continuing our safe check-out protocol. Please note our $10 minimum for credit card payments (no cash payments accepted at this time). We encourage you to bring in reusable bags to use at checkout, but please make sure they are freshly washed.
Q: Are you open to the general public?
A: Yes, we are open to both our professional clients and the public during business hours.
Q: Do you deliver or ship?
A: Sorry, no, we aren't set up for pre-order, shipping, deliveries, or curbside service - shopping is in person only at our warehouse.
Q: I have a food business. Can I open an account with you?
A: Yes. Please contact us with your name and business information and we will get back to you shortly regarding opening a wholesale account.
Q: Do you sell foie gras?
A: No, foie gras is still illegal to sell within the state of California.
Q: Are you associated with Epicure Imports?
Q: Do I need to pre-order?
A: No, all of our in stock items are on display in the warehouse for purchase. We do have special order items like fresh truffles which you do need to order in advance.
Q: How do I know what is available to purchase?
A: Items available for purchase are listed on the "In Stock" page which is updated weekly. We of course encourage you to come in and browse as we have over 1750 items carefully selected from across the globe!
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase at the warehouse.
Q: Will be you offering more products in the future?
A: Yes! We add items weekly and will continue to expand our selection as we grow.
Q: How do I know the prices for your products?
A: All product prices are posted in our warehouse.
Q: Do I need to buy whole cases of product?
A: No, we break cases for both our wholesale clients and the general public.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Currently all credit cards, Apple and Android Pay too. No cash at this time please.
Q: Do you sell those amazing frozen baguettes we can stock up on?
A: Yes! They are made by Boulart Bread and are available in our freezer section. The baguettes are fully cooked, just keep them frozen and when ready to eat warm them in your oven. It's like having a fresh baguette from Paris! We have demi-baguette and olive demi-ciabatta too!
Q: Do you carry Fabrique Délices products?
A: Oui, but of course!
Q: Do you carry Bordier Butter?
A: Yes, we currently have a large quantity of Bordier in stock. In addition to Bordier, we have many delicious butters available from Echire, Rodolphe Le Meunier, Le Gall, Isigny, Delitia, Collier's, Delamere, and Coombe Castle.
